Cancellation Policy

A legal disclaimer

One of the ways we ensure we keep the best cleaning teams is by ensuring they stay busy.

Late cancellations are our biggest challenge in achieving this. We understand that many cancellations are out of people's control. Things like getting sick and last-minute family emergencies come up.

We know life happens, and we’ll always understand that.

However, to keep our teams busy so they stick around, we ask for at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel.

If we don’t receive at least 24 hours notice, we will charge a 25 percent cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees may be charged for reasons outside of requesting a cancellation.

These include being unable to gain entry, failing payment, having no running water, electricity, or working air conditioning, especially during summer.

In these cases, we’ll always try to find a creative solution to get the job done. When we can’t contact the homeowner to help, we’ll need to charge the fee.

Essentially, if we aren’t able to perform the service at no fault of our own, a cancellation fee will be charged.

Thanks for understanding!

Refund Policy - the basics

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
