Home cleanings will range in price depending on the home’s size. Houses or apartments with one bedroom with only a basic cleaning service start at $130, while large homes or homes requiring more cleaning services could cost over $300. That being said, the size, location, and specific services being requested all play a part in finding the right price for the cleaning.

Junk removal serves are billed by the load. Prices include equipment, labor, and standard dump fees. Additional fees could apply for large or hazardous items.

Lawn care services vary depending on the size of the yard and the frequency of the service. Check out our $100 mow and blow service. Weekly, or biweekly, lawn service that includes a standard cut and cleanup with sidewalk and porch cleanup.

The time needed for a home cleaning can vary based on many factors. We expect a standard cleaning for most homes take between 2-4 hours.

Factors that affect the time cleaning may take include:

• The condition and size of the home: For example, has the house been cleaned in the last few months, or maybe it’s been years since it was professionally cleaned? If it hasn’t been professionally cleaned recently, has the home been kept up in between cleanings? All these things play into the amount of elbow grease and time required to clean and can add or subtract away from the total time needed.

• Any extras requested with the cleaning: We offer additional services like deep cleaning, baseboards, inside the oven, and wet wiping of the blinds. All these services add extra time depending on what’s being requested.

• Which team is assigned to the home cleaning: It’s no surprise our home cleaners are human; some cleaners clean faster than others. We use flat-rate pricing on all our cleanings. This intentional practice allows our cleaning teams to take their time and focus on the cleaning done well without being rushed.

• Polish and clean mirrors

The deep clean includes everything in the basic cleaning plus baseboards, blinds, doors, dusting AC vents, light switches, and power outlets.

Move-in/Move-out includes everything in the basic plus baseboards, inside windows, blinds, and window sills. Perfect for an empty home.

In addition to the standard cleanings, extras can always be added upon request for that extra shine.

We have the tools and cleaning solutions to handle most standard cleaning jobs. While we are happy to use your tools if you prefer, please note that if you want us to do laundry, you must provide the laundry detergent.

The $100 mow and blow is a weekly or biweekly lawn service that includes a standard mow and cleanup service for a home on a "standard" city lot.
